GARDEN GROVE, CA (ANS) -- Lois Hall, the 82-year-old mother of the Rev. Herb Hall, a tireless HIV/AIDS campaigner and a co-founder of He Intends Victory, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2009, in her Garden Grove, California home, following a suspected heart attack.
